Essex Lodge Surgery in Plaistow, London completed major construction works to the existing surgery building. This was a two- phased project which saw the complete surgery transformed. Intentio worked with the Doctor’s and the management staff from the surgery throughout both phases of the project to complete the entire fit-out of the building to the needs of the practice. The first phase of the project was a large two-storey extension which houses state of the art clinical spaces and meeting facilities, with a total of 14 new clinical rooms and a fully equipped Minor Procedures Room which helps the practice deliver the services needed. The completion of phase two included the fitting out of the waiting areas, admin offices and the full patient record storage system.
Intentio completed the delivery and installation for both phases in just two days and with the surgery still working!
