Intentio were involved very early on in this project – we worked closely with the local CCG and the Project Management team in the fit-out design of this new healthcare facility. Included within the task of design was to look at re-using as much of the compliant furniture and medical equipment as we could from the existing surgery buildings – this was all completed by our own in house design team making sure that furniture was re-used correctly, this saved many thousands of pounds for the client! The building was an existing office block that was transformed into a state of the art Health Centre – the building is equipped with 24 clinical rooms including consulting, treatment and minor procedures rooms, 5 waiting areas and admin spaces for the GP Practices and other local Healthcare Services. Intentio installation team completed the install for the entire building in just 2 days – this was achieved through our detailed project management and planning to ensure that deliveries were staggered and teams working in different areas throughout the building.
