Intentio started working with the GP Practice on this new building before the construction stage had even started. This helped us to not only design the fit-out like we always do for the surgeries, but to also help with any of the final locations and wall heights for the power and data sockets, even floor boxes where required. The Partners and Management Team at the surgery had a vision of what they wanted, it was down to Intentio to design and deliver on those expectations – the Intentio team worked very closely with the practice completing various design options until we had got it to exactly where they wanted it, including the sourcing of different materials. This new 3-storey purpose built building has a total of twenty clinical rooms, five admin and management offices, two receptions and waiting areas, large training and community services rooms, meeting rooms and much more. The finished building looks fantastic – Intentio were very proud to be a part of the journey from the beginning through to the end.
