Kibworth Medical Centre

We have recently completed a new Medical Centre here in Kibworth, Leicestershire and Intentio has been an intrinsic part of the Team. Intentio originally contacted me in late December 2016 and explained that Intentio are a furniture company supplying only to Doctors Surgeries. We first met in January and Intentio immediately put my mind at ease.

At this point I had met with several other suppliers of clinical and non-clinical furniture but none had quite understood my requirements.

Intentio were patient and kind and took on board everything I said I wanted and delivered my vision at our following meeting. This was really beneficial as they produced 3D pictures of furniture along with suggested layouts and ideas. This was much more than any other supplier I had met. I found other suppliers didn’t come up with any ideas or understood the unique nature of designing a Medical Centre, Intentio did. Having all the images of furniture and layouts in a presentation file was really useful as not only could I show the Partners but I could also use the drawings to start discussions with staff.

Throughout the process, Intentio were kind, patient and always available on the end of the phone or by email. They answered questions and queries promptly and explained things clearly. Intentio were definitely the right company to choose.
The furniture was delivered and installed on 13th July and the Intentio team were on site all day over-seeing everything. My vision had finally come to life after months of planning and everything looked even better than I had imagined. The feedback we have received so far has been fantastic and we have even been compared to private hospitals! The furniture we have purchased has been worth every penny when we receive such fantastic comments.

I would highly recommend Intentio to anyone undertaking such a project. You cannot under estimate the amount of work that goes into building a new Medical Centre and its really important to have a team as good as Intentio who take time to understand what you want to achieve and puts your mind at ease throughout the whole process.
