Intentio worked closely with the management team at Saffron Group Practice to create the perfect surroundings for their new extension. After winning the tendering process, Intentio were quick to fine tune the specification and design around the surgeries detailed requirements, but at the same time always making sure we were able to complete within budget!
The works have given the practice much needed space adding a total of 17 clinical rooms, utilities, ground and first floor waiting areas, multipurpose boardroom/education suites and much more. The extension is a modern healthcare facility that has been designed and fitted out to meet all healthcare regulations and infection control standards.
