Intentio were delighted to be included in the design and fit-out of the all new medical centre in Eastbourne, East Sussex. This brand new facility brought multiple sites and services together under one roof. The building has a total of 33 clinical rooms including consulting, minor surgery and treatment rooms – coupled with this there are great waiting areas on all three floors of the building. The office areas for all administration, receptionist, secretaries and management staff total around 50 workstation spaces. Our team at Intentio worked with the surgery and members of the construction contract in the months leading up to completion to get a design and specification to meet all requirements. The delivery and installation of this entire building was completed by our fitting team in just 3 days, completing this on time and allowing the surgery to open their doors to their patients just a few days later.
